Geiger Fellowship

Our Geiger Fellowship program awards stipends of $1,500 for summer work related to the collections, archives, and exhibits of the Vermont Historical Society. Potential activities could include: learning to tell cultural stories through historical artifacts and artwork, learning museum standards for collections, and assisting with exhibitions and associated programs. Students will ideally work two days a week in June, July, and August, though the schedule can be flexible.

Information on each summer's opportunities is usually available in the Spring with an early May application deadline.

The Geiger Fellowship is generously underwritten by Harvey and Pamela Geiger.
